Great choice of beers, staff very friendly & helpful,it's worth a visit,
Absolutely the best beer you have ever tasted. The welcome you get from behind the bar is warm and heartfelt. The barman had great knowledge of the ales on sale and gave us a small taste to help us decide what to have. Absolutely fantastic beer and by far the best pub in Aberdare. If you love craft ale you must pay them a visit...'Your mouth will love you for the rest of your life!'
St David's Day night was brilliant. All songs of Wesh artists were played by banjo man. Everybody singing along Excellent pint of black stout too. Congrats to the Proprietor! See you soon.
Nice friendly bar with great beer
Great atmosphere and the best thing is that they allow you to bring in your dog.
Awesome pint, best in Aberdare for atmosphere and friendlyness. Great place to meet other locals but very welcoming to all.
Love this place.good beer and cheap.
If you love ale and a great atmosphere, this is the place for you in Aberdare. Afghan ale is my personal favorite, with mosaic in a close second. The staff are friendly and professional answering any questions you have. The only down side is that it fills up fast so get here in good time. Keep up the great brewing guys.
